Global warming is really having a difficult decade so far considering all the evidence that it may not be happening at all. Another example that could lead one to believe that Global Warming is a hoax created by criminals to separate you from your money and liberty occurred today in Utah…it snowed at Utah’s Salt Lake International Airport.

Yes, you read it correctly. It’s MAY 24th and it snowed in Salt Lake City. I admit that the amount of snow was small and measured only 2/10th of an inch but it hasn’t ever snowed this late in the year in Salt Lake City. If the climate is trending toward warmer temperatures how is it that snow is falling this late in May? Is it the heat causing the snow as many of the Global Warming types tell us?

I’ll say it again, Global Warming is just the latest hoax being used to scare you into handing over your money and liberty.

Wacky Global Warming News: Murder-Suicide Pact Due To Global Warming Hoax

Al Gore and the various frauds claiming Anthropogenic Global Warming (AGW) is destroying the world are certainly guilty of a variety of crimes against the people of the world. Now, the AGW hucksters should be listed as accessories to a murder, an attempted murder, and two suicides.

Francisco Lotero, 56, and Miriam Coletti, 23, of Goya, Argentina shot their seven-month-old daughter in the chest leaving her for dead. They also shot their two-year-old son in the back (killing him) before killing themselves. Why? According to a suicide note left by the Argentinian cowards it was because of their fear of the effects of Global Warming. That's right, fear of Global Warming led them to kill one of their young children and attempt to kill the other child before taking their own worthless lives. And, it's all due to the hoax perpetrated by Al Gore and a bunch of "scientists" out to make money off of the fear of others.

Wacky Global Warming News: Jones Says No Global Warming Since 1995

If you’ve adopted Man-Made Global Warming as your religion you may want to reserve space in the next cult de-programming session…there’s been no global warming since 1995 according to one of your very own cult leaders – Professor Phil Jones. That’s not all. The former head of the University of East Anglia’s Climatic Research Unit has made a few other interesting admissions you might want to know about.

Jones, the guy at the heart of Climategate, has admitted that one of the reasons he didn’t respond to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests by researchers and skeptics is that he may have actually lost the information they wanted. Lost? Yes, he may have lost the information that is the basis for a number of climate change claims including those of the famous “Hockey Stick Graph” prepared by Dr. Michael Mann and used ad nauseam by Al Gore in his slide show. The information is also the basis of claims made in reports by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) at the United Nations…reports that are used by politicians to justify limiting individual freedom and raising taxes though they’re riddled with errors.

Professor Jones has “also conceded the possibility that the world was warmer in medieval times than now – suggesting global warming may not be a man-made phenomenon.” Really? A period of warming that can’t be attributed to cars and SUVs burning fossil fuels, coal-burning electrical plants, manufacturing, or use of incandescent light bulbs? Could it be that the earth goes through periods of warming and cooling due to factors not related to the activity of mankind? That’s pretty much what he admitted to, isn’t it?

Another interesting admission by Professor Jones is that there had been two other more recent periods which experienced warming similar to the medieval period, from 1910 to 1940 and from 1975 to 1998, but he said these could be explained by natural phenomena! Wait a second…why does that time period of 1975 to 1998 look so familiar? Got it. It looks familiar because 12 of the 20 hottest years on record, according the Union of Concerned Scientists, occur during the 1975 to 1998 period. So, 12 of the 20 hottest years on record can be explained by natural, not man-made, phenomena.

This is just getting too easy. The hucksters and hoaxers promoting the farce that is Anthropogenic Global Warming are deep in hiding – possibly inside igloos. Anyone seen Al Gore around? The esteemed Professor Michael E. Mann, creator of the Hockey Stick Graph in Al Gore’s super exciting slide show? How about the IPCC’s Drs. Murari Lal or Rajendra Pachauri of Glaciergate infamy? No, I haven’t seen any of them lately and I’ll bet you haven’t either. It seems they don’t have anything to say as American cities receive record amounts of snow.

Wacky Global Warming News: UN Climate Change Report Wrong About Netherlands

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) at the United Nations can’t seem to get much right. Recently it’s been found that the IPCC’s 938-page Fourth Assessment Report, which won the Nobel Peace Prize for the panel in 2007, was full of errors regarding Himalayan Glaciers melting and disappearing ice in the Swiss Alps, Andes, and Africa.

Now the report that many of the world’s politicians refer to when trying to take our freedom and money has been shown to contain more errors. According to the Nobel Peace Prize winning report, fifty-five percent (55%) of the Netherlands is below sea level. No surprise, the report is wrong. Wacky Global Warming News: More Glaciergate

Wow, I guess science isn’t what it used to be. At least not at the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) of the United Nations. In 2007 the IPCC shared the Nobel Peace Prize (along with Al Gore) for their global warming/climate change report. It’s a report that politicians around the world point to when they want to take away our money and freedom to fight global warming. Well, at least part of the report is less about science than it is BS.

It turns out that the IPCC has been doing very little science regarding glaciers and mountain ice melt. In fact the news coming out sounds more like the IPCC is a bunch of third-graders lifting information from the encyclopedia for their report. Wacky Global Warming News: Osama Bin Laden Blames US

Congratulations to all of you who want to end Western Civilization in order to combat Anthropogenic Global Warming, you now have another high profile supporter – Osama Bin Laden. In a move I’m sure will be lauded by Global Warming activists around the world, Osama Bin Laden has condemned the United States for its supposed role in climate change and natural disasters stemming from it.

Though he is probably best known as a murdering islamic jihadist responsible for the death of thousands of Americans during the 9/11 attacks, he is apparently quite the environmentalist. In his role as environmental watchdog he has previously released tapes mentioning global warming and has just released a tape that is dedicated to global warming.

Wacky Global Warming News: Glaciergate

Glaciergate, that’s what it’s being called now. Glaciergate is the continuing story about how members of the United Nation’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) lied when they published their 2007 Nobel Peace Prize winning report. A report which claimed, among other things, that the Himalayan Glaciers would disappear by 2035 due to global warming. Why would they lie? What could they gain? Glaciergate, and Global Warming in general, is really about money and power. For politicians seeking power Global Warming is a convenient fraud on which to base restrictions upon individual behavior and taxes on every facet of life. Wacky Global Warming News: Himalayan Glaciers Part 2

The whole "the world is melting because of CO2" Global Warming thing is pretty wacky. Remember the entry about Himalayan Glaciers melting by 2035? Well, it turns out there's more to the story than just one scientist's speculation being used by other scientists too lazy to check sources. You guessed it. There's more mistakes about the Himalayan glaciers in the same 2007 report. You know, the report that resulted in a Nobel Peace Prize for the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and Global Warming doomsayer Al Gore.

In addition to the lie about the glaciers melting by 2035, they also say the total area of Himalayan glaciers “will likely shrink from the present 500,000 to 100,000 square kilometers by the year 2035”. Ha! Another lie, there are only 33,000 square kilometers of glaciers in the Himalayas. Also, the report claims the Pindari Glacier shrank by 2,840m — a rate of 135.2m a year. The actual rate of shrinkage when the lies are discarded is only 23.5m a year. All of this has finally been admitted by the head of the IPCC Dr Rajendra Pachauri, who dismissed calls for his resignation.

Global Warming is a lie. A scam that politicians are using to separate you from your money and freedom through needless taxes and regulation. Don't let them do it.

Wacky Global Warming News: Himalayan Glaciers

A warning that "climate change" (code for Global Warming) will melt most of the Himalayan glaciers by 2035 turns out to be total crap based on scientific blunders. A couple of years ago an agency of the United Nations issued a report supposedly based on the very latest scientific research into the horrors of Global Warming. It turns out that the estimate of Himalayan glacial melt was based on an 8 year old article in a science journal that even the author admits was "speculation". Speculation? Is speculation the "settled science" Al Gore refers to, or is speculation really just a "guess: a message expressing an opinion based on incomplete evidence"?

None of this is a surprise really since the whole Chicken Little view of the climate appears to have been developed based on competition for grant money and recognition rather than actual science. Scientists of the World misled over Himalayan glacier meltdown.

Wacky Global Warming News: Record Cold in Florida

That wacky Global Warming thing...it's a hoax. It's a lie. The "science" is faulty and the scientists are apparently incompetent or liars. News continues to pour in about scientists who have rigged reports, weather monitoring stations in cold areas being left out of statistics, computer models rigged to give warmer predictions, and more. Additionally, even non-scientists like me realize that for the Global Warming theory to be true then the weather must be consistently warmer on average everywhere on the planet all of the time. While that doesn't mean it can't get cold in the winter it does mean that we shouldn't be experiencing record cold anywhere. So, why are we experiencing record cold snaps in places like Florida? The latest record cold snap in Florida resulted in lots of dead fish.

Happy Earth Day - Please Don't Murder Anyone

Today is April 22nd....Happy Earth Day! Earth Day is a pseudo-holiday co-created by a murderer to honor the planet and to raise the consciousness of man’s effect on the environment. Yes, you read correctly. Earth Day was reportedly born from the mind of left wing environmental whack-job Ira Einhorn, aka the Unicorn Killer. Einhorn murdered his girlfriend and stored her dead body in a trunk in his apartment. You'd think he would have buried her in the Earth to fertilize it...Happy Earth Day.

What does that have to do with anything? Well, a couple of things. First, if Adolf Hitler had founded Earth Day would you celebrate it? No? But it's ok if a woman beating murderer started it? Also, it just seems weird that so many left wing environmental, animal rights, anti-war weirdos care so little for humans. It's also strange how so many of them make the same grandiose claims....Like Nobel Prize Winner Al Gore, Einhorn also claimed to have invented the internet. Happy Earth Day.

In the interest of disclosure I have to say that the other co-founders of Earth Day did write a letter claiming that Ira Einhorn had nothing to do with Earth Day. They wrote this letter despite his 30 minute appearance on the stage during the first Earth Day. They did this in 1998, 28 years after the first Earth Day and not very long after the fugitive Einhorn was found living in France. Sounds like CYA to me. Happy Earth Day.

Anyway, I just thought you should know about this stuff and I'm gonna leave you with a thought.....two "environmentalists" claim to have invented the internet and the internet uses more electricity generated by coal and oil than just about any other electrically powered system ever devised. Antarctic Sea Ice Has Expanded

An April 18th article in The Australian newspaper says, "A paper to be published soon by the British Antarctic Survey in the journal Geophysical Research Letters is expected to confirm that over the past 30 years, the area of sea ice around the continent has expanded."

What? How can that be? According to Al Gore all the Arctic and Antarctic ice is melting due to man-made global warming and will soon swamp a coastline near you. However, someone with better scientific credentials than Gore, a government major in college, has actually studied the Antarctic ice and found more than before. According to the article "Australian Antarctic Division glaciology program head (Dr.) Ian Allison said sea ice losses in west Antarctica over the past 30 years had been more than offset by increases in the Ross Sea region, just one sector of east Antarctica." Yes, you read it right. Ice increases in one sector of East Antarctica are more than the decreases in West Antarctica....so we have MORE ICE in Antarctica NOT LESS. Tell me again how that means the climate is warming.

More Antarctic ice hints at cooling instead of warming. Man-made global warming is a hoax and it's an expensive one. European countries are already collecting taxes related to gases supposedly related to global warming including bovine flatulence and BBQ's on the weekend. Tell your government representatives that you are against taxes to defeat global warming. Do it now because the U.S. Congress is set to pass legislation to "combat climate change" and that's going to mean you pay more for everything for no good reason.

Does Your Carpet Contribute To Global Warming?

Ok, I still don't buy the idea of man-made global warming but many people do and those people are some of the biggest hypocrites alive. Many of these "Global Warming is Doomsday" types do things on a reguar basis that, according to their own "science", contributes to CO2 emissions and global warming. Among the things these hypocrites do is install carpet in their offices, homes and apartments.

I know what you're thinking...C'mon Ben...Carpet? Yes. Just think about it a minute. There are a few reasons that common household or office carpet contributes to global warming:

1. Modern carpet is made from synthetic fibers usually derived from petroleum (oil). The manufacturing process uses lots of electricity which is usually produced by CO2 producing electric plants.
2. Carpet is very heavy and must be transported great distances from the manufacturer to the distributor's warehouse by CO2 producing, petroleum burning trucks and trains.
3. Carpet must come from the warehouse to the location it will be installed in by more trucks.
4. Carpet must be regularly cleaned by electric vacuum cleaners and electrically powered steam cleaners. Remember, electricity is produced by generators powered by coal or petroleum.

People don't need carpet and the global warming crowd needs to recognize this and get carpet banned in all U.S. homes and offices starting with their own.

Global Warming...Really?

Ok, many of you that know me are aware that one of my favorite quotes is by me..."Every Ice Age Ended Due To Global Warming." I don't buy into the idea of man-made global warming though I'm quite aware that the planet goes through heating and cooling cycles all the time. This week somewhere around 60% of the United States is currently experiencing freezing temperatures and in many of those areas there is snow cover. Much of this is in areas experiencing record lows. Meanwhile the United Nations just finished a meeting about global warming...in BALI where it's warm all year. I guess it's easier to convince the gullible of man-made global warming when you're someplace warm and nearer to the equator rather than your headquarters in freezing cold New York City.

The powers supplying the idea of man-made global warming are trying their level best to get you to buy into the hysteria. Why? Simple, if you buy into it you're less likely to fight the taxes they're proposing to combat the evil polluters in the world. Yes, I said taxes. If you listen carefully to people like Al Gore and the other super liberals that think humans are a blight on the planet you'll hear them propose taxes to fight man-made global warming. Don't say I didn't warn you when your paycheck gets smaller.
