Is Montel Williams Right About A Second Round Of Internment Camps?

In typical liberal fashion Montel Williams suggests that anti-muslim rhetoric could get out of control and lead to internment camps for muslims in the U.S. similar to Japanese internment camps in WWII. Apparently he thinks this could happen because a muslim terrorist killed 13 soldiers and an unborn child at Ft. Hood. I haven't heard the idea of internment camps suggested by any of state-run media or conservative media but could Montel Williams be correct? Read more at Happily American

Muslim Man arrested for 'anti-Christian' mall disturbance

On November 4, 2009, the day before the muslim terrorist attack/murders at Fort Hood, a muslim man named Abdul Walid Hamid committed a terrorist act in the mall where he worked. Hamid was yelling "Allah is power" and "Islam is great" while holding a pen in a fist over his head (a potentially deadly weapon) when he tore a crucifix off of a shopper. Hamid was arraigned the following Tuesday morning at Alameda Superior Court in Pleasanton on charges of battery, grand theft, exhibition of a deadly weapon and a possible hate crime.

There has been considerable debate raised about Monckton's conclusion that the Copenhagen Treaty would cede US sovereignty. His comments appear to be based upon his interpretation of the The Supremacy Clause in the US Constitution (Article VI, paragraph 2). This clause establishes the Constitution, Federal Statutes, and U.S. TREATIES as the supreme law of the land. Concerns have been raised in the past that a particularly ambitious treaty may supersede the US Constitution. In the 1950s, a constitutional amendment, known as the Bricker Amendment, was proposed in response to such fears, but it failed to pass.
